3 Hatch chiles, roasted and seeds removed

1/2 cup(s) Buttermilk

4 tsp. ranch seasoning mix

1 Jalapeño, seeds removed

1/3 cup(s) Cilantro, chopped

1 1/2 cup(s) Sour Cream

2 tbsp. Lime Juice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor, and blend to combine. Add more buttermilk to desired consistency. Taste for seasoning, and make adjustments if needed.
